Vinyasa Flow




Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style, and the Asanas (exercises) melt in each other, it's a bit like a dance. Every breath is the true healer and therefore, is always connected to the movement.
We observe ourselves, lovingly, and with compassion and patience, we look at each movement, each breath. How does the body feel, what thoughts are coming up? We use a meditative state to get to know ourselves better.

All Classes are different and unique. Depending on the actual subject, the Lesson is playful or slow or another time we move a lot and sweat.
 
See what surprises I have in store, since also here my focus is on the uniqueness of every Lesson.
I look for inspiration everywhere but try to think 'ayurvedic.' So I look at what is going on in the World, which elements are dominant. How is the weather? What is going on with the Planets, the Moon?  An of course most important: I check in with my students and their moods.
 
I love to surprise my students sometimes with little Health Tipps from Ayurveda or Yoga.
